Stocktake Processing Overview

You use the Stocktake Batch screen to create a new stocktake batch or to load a batch you have previously saved.

To create and maintain stocktake batches, you need to complete these steps:

1. Either:

• create a new stocktake batch – refer to "Creating a New Stocktake Batch"
• recall an existing stocktake batch – refer to "Recalling a Stocktake Batch".

2. Add or maintain the items in the batch.

3. Optionally, you can edit other batch details.

4. Print the stock count sheets.

Refer to "Preparing for the Stocktake Count".

5. Enter the physical count quantities into the stocktake batch.

6. Manage the completed stocktake batch.
